This is a full-time, permanent position.
Project Management responsibilities will include providing leadership
to assigned projects in regard to business development/marketing,
maintaining positive owner/architect relationships, involvement
with estimating, providing supervision to construction staff to
ensure a successful and safe project that is completed on time
and with in budget.
Key Responsibilities will include but
are not limited to:

Providing assistance with the estimating
process to the Pre-Construction and Estimating teams

Scheduling and assisting superintendent with
planning proper staffing of assigned project

Ensuring project is constructed in accordance
with contract requirements

Maintaining positive relations with owner/architect
as well as entire project team

Provide leadership to project team to ensure
a safe, profitable, timely project

Provide overall contract administration throughout
close-out of assigned projects

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5 years related experience

Electrical Engineer familiar with the National Electrical Code
and experience with high profile building electrical systems designs
and construction projects. Candidate should have experience with
the design of electrical power and distribution, lighting and
communication/control and security systems. Must possess ability
to develop project cost estimates and schedules and resolve technical
issues.
The candidate will be working as a consultant to an experienced
design staff preparing plans and specifications for large construction
and renovation projects. Electrical design review and take-off
will be required.

(such as configuration management, testing, etc.). BEA WebLogic
skills a definite plus.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
Designs, develops, configures, and maintains
document management/web content management/records management systems
for our customers. Specific tools and technologies are dependent
on the organization's Document Management, Web Content Management,
Intranet, Internet, and Extranet strategies and goals. Ensures that
websites are available to the desired audience using appropriate
architecture, links, and security designed into the site. Researches
and evaluates new and related technologies. Candidate must be able
to work independently or in an environment with a team of developers
in creating document/content management applications, to include
familiarity with all aspects of software development lifecycle (such
as configuration management, testing, etc.). Software development
will be accomplished in Documentum, Sharepoint, or IBM Content Manager
environments and developer must have experience in the full breadth
of these systems. In any case, additional web development tools
are normally needed and content management systems will be required
to communicate with an Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase database in
a secure environment.
