YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS PERMITS YOU TO ACCESS (I) CERTAIN MATERIALS CREATED, COMPILED AND/OR PRODUCED BY Trusant Technologies, LLC ("Trusant Technologies, LLC MATERIALS") OR (II) SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE MyTrusant Technologies, LLC SITE. BY COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AND/OR USE OF ANY Trusant Technologies, LLC SITE OR Trusant Technologies, LLC MATERIALS OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AND/OR DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.

Trusant Technologies, LLC may change or discontinue any aspect of its web site at any time, including its content or features. Trusant Technologies, LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials or any Trusant Technologies, LLC site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the web site. Use of the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials or any Trusant Technologies, LLC site after notice shall be deemed to be acceptance by User of such changes.

Trusant Technologies, LLC may terminate User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Accuracy of Information, Indemnification, and Third Party Rights shall survive.

The Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials posted on any Trusant Technologies, LLC site are the property of Trusant Technologies, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law and conventions. User acknowledges that access to the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials is limited to the License terms set forth herein and any expansion must be in writing. The granting of the License to access and use the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials is conditioned on User's agreement not to disclose, copy, disseminate, redistribute, or publish Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials, or any portion of or excerpts of Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials to any other party.

User shall have the right to use the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials solely for its own internal information purposes. As such, Trusant Technologies, LLC grants User a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and display the materials only on your personal computer only for purposes associated with User's interaction with any Trusant Technologies, LLC site. Reproduction, modifying, editing, republishing, licensing, public display or other use of the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials in any form or by any means except as expressly provided by these Terms of Use is forbidden without Trusant Technologies, LLC's written permission.

User agrees (i) to maintain all copyright, trademark and other notices contained on Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials; and (ii) that it shall not use Trusant Technologies, LLC's name or any excerpts from the Trusant Technologies, LLC Materials in the promotion of its products or services.

By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting Trusant Technologies, LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: (i) use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication; or (ii) sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

Bulletin Boards. This service may include bulletin boards and chat rooms ("bulletin boards") which allow feedback to Trusant Technologies, LLC and real-time interaction between users. Trusant Technologies, LLC does not control the messages, information, or files delivered to bulletin boards. It is a condition of your use of the bulletin boards and the MyTrusant Technologies, LLC site that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the bulletin boards.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
• Post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
• Post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component.
• Post, transmit, or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or which contains advertising.

You understand that Trusant Technologies, LLC has no obligation to monitor the bulletin boards. However, Trusant Technologies, LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy the law, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Trusant Technologies, LLC's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

Authorized Representative of User. Trusant Technologies, LLC will provide a single password and login for each User of the MyTrusant Technologies, LLC site. Upon enrollment, the User shall designate one authorized representative to be the keeper of the password and login information. In the event User wishes to designate a new authorized representative, User should contact webmaster@Trusant.com. It is User's sole responsibility to protect and monitor unauthorized use of password and login information and Trusant Technologies, LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for any misuse. If User suspects unauthorized use or desires to change password and login information, User should contact webmaster@Trusant.com. Trusant Technologies, LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate User's access to the MyTrusant Technologies, LLC site if Trusant Technologies, LLC in its sole discretion suspects or discovers unauthorized use, fraud or abuse.

Inactive Accounts. In the event User does not access its MyTrusant Technologies, LLC account for a period of 90 days, Trusant Technologies, LLC will automatically terminate the account. To re-enroll, User should contact webmaster@Trusant.com.

This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maryland, Howard County.

As a consulting firm to leaders in industries and the Federal, State, and Local governments in North America, Trusant Technologies, LLC has a long-established, strict policy of guarding the privacy of clients and customers. Information that Trusant Technologies, LLC collects about you is used solely for the purpose of delivering products or services that you have requested from Trusant Technologies, LLC or to provide you with information via email. Trusant Technologies, LLC does not share information about you with any external company or persons.
